Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the allsurfacesolutions.co.uk website (the “Service”) operated by All Surface Solutions LTD (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

. We provide hard surface repair services in and around Scotland.
We provide hard surface repair services for a variety of materials, including but not limited to countertops, flooring, tiles, and bathroom fixtures. Our services include, but are not limited to, the assessment, repair, restoration, and refinishing of these surfaces.
All quotations and estimates provided by us are subject to a site inspection and are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a quotation or estimate if the Client’s requirements change, or if additional work is required that was not apparent at the time of the initial quotation or estimate.
To book our services, Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the repair work required. Clients must also provide access to the property and the affected surfaces on the agreed date and time. If a Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a booking, they must give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via cash, cheque, or bank transfer. If payment is not received within 14 days of the completion of work, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate, as well as any reasonable debt collection and legal fees incurred.
We provide a 12-month warranty on our repair work, covering materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the Client, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by events beyond our control, such as flooding or fire. Clients must notify us in writing within 14 days of discovering a defect in our work to make a warranty claim.
We maintain public liability insurance to cover claims arising from our work. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the repair work or the amount paid by the Client, whichever is lower. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or damage to the Client’s reputation.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to All Surface Solutions LTD. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any intellectual property related to the Service is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information on our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, epidemics, pandemics, government action, fire, communication line failures, power failures, or accidents.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, and any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
